The data that you may send us through the forms and the different emails of HEALTH SOFTWARE will be for:

The mandatory data is specified in the form itself, and your refusal to provide them will mean that you will not be able to manage your request. Likewise, it assures us that all the data provided is true, truthful and relevant to the purpose for which we request it. Sending them implies your express authorisation to incorporate them into our corresponding treatments, as long as HEALTH SOFTWARE considers it convenient for the management of the request you request.
